Tobias Place is a housing development project undertaken by Douch Partners, including Phase 1 - Renovation of the existing buildings into 9 contemporary flats, took place from 2009-2013. Phase 2, the addition of 5 three bedroom houses, was completed in the summer of 2017 - see Tobias Green.
