Douch Partners completed the Boundary Place project in 2012, which included the renovation of an exisitng 1970s build alongside the construction of a new-build annexe.

Winning recipient of a Mid-Sussex Design Award in the sustainability category and commended scheme in the restorations and extensions category in 2012.

Received the 2012 Sussex Heritage Trust Award for Sustainability, the Small Scale Residential Award and was a Commended Scheme in the Restorations and Extensions category.
